The couples treatment room is the most talked-about space in the facility and the reason many guests rebook: a generously sized private room with its own jacuzzi, rainfall steam shower, and heated, articulated massage beds that adjust by back, legs, and head. The programme runs from Balinese, hot-stone, and deep-tissue massages to HydraFacial Elite and body scrubs. Therapists Binu, Grace, Wayan, Chetna, Dian, Wida, Rakesh, Portia, Bibi, and Septi are all cited repeatedly for technique that addresses specific tension points rather than running a templated routine, and reception leads Kezia and Lester set a warm, unhurried tone at the door.
