Pricing is firmly at the premium end, and when the experience lands well it justifies the outlay with professional therapists and a serious product wardrobe. That said, operational touches can wobble: on busier days the relaxation room can be less tranquil than the scale suggests, and amenities in the pool and shower areas have occasionally run short. A strong choice for an indulgent spa day when booked at quieter times, with service standards that reward a well-timed visit.

This spa is huge ... and it is definitely top level standard.. they have huge walk in warm room that leads into bigger steam room... their experience showers are amazing ... you can have tropical or thunderstorm shower and experience like this is in no other spa !

This is one of the best Spas I have visited in Dubai. Excellent service, magnificent facilities and very professional massage therapist. The Spa has an indoor pool, a sauna, relaxation centre, steam room, hammam, experience showers and couples VIP rooms. I tried the 60 minutes oriental massage and it was fantastic. I would like to thank Farrukh who gave me a tour of the facilities and helped me book the massage and Rung, the massage therapist. Both were incredibly friendly and professional and made sure I felt at home. Prices are on the higher spectrum but worth every penny. Highly recommended.

I visited the world renowned Cinque Mondes Spa at the Hyde Hotel and it was absolutely wonderful. I had an amazingly relaxing experience thanks to the entire spa team, a big big thank you to the Spa Manager Serena and my lovely therapist Joy who took such good care of me and made my spa day sublime. Can’t wait to come back again!
