Anantara Spa at The Palm Dubai brings the brand's Thai wellness lineage to the eastern crescent of Palm Jumeirah, and the execution honours the source material: a sanctuary-like layout of Asian-inspired treatment rooms, quiet garden courtyards, and separate men's and women's thermal zones including sauna, steam and salt rooms. The spa observes a same-gender therapist policy, with male therapists for men and female therapists for women, which is worth noting when booking.
The menu is ambitious and thoughtfully composed. Thai massage is the anchor tradition, with therapists who trained in Thailand delivering precise pressure and deep technique; the Anantara signature massage is the house favourite, and specialty options span magnesium, Ayurvedic hot oil, and Swedish alongside targeted deep tissue. Facials and scrubs pair cleanly with the Turkish hammam for longer half-day rituals, and a dedicated Ayurveda programme - consultations followed by treatment - has developed a loyal following for chronic tension and back pain. Newer additions, such as LED light therapy facials, keep the menu feeling current.
Service tends to be warm and considered, with thoughtful touches like welcome drinks, birthday surprises on request, and post-treatment tea with fresh fruit. A few caveats are worth noting: the wet facilities are split by gender with no shared spa pool or mixed relaxation area, which means couples experiences are limited to the treatment room itself, and spa-and-dine packages sometimes include fewer inclusions than anticipated, so confirming the exact dining entitlements at booking is sensible. Pricing is firmly in the luxury-hotel tier, which is consistent with the setting, the quality of the therapist bench, and the depth of treatment options on offer.

My husband was having back pain that had persisted for almost a year, so he went in thinking that maybe he could find some relief. What he found was Rajeevan, a specialist in ayurveda. After a couple visits and buying some products he recommended, he said he felt great. Now we've been home for more than a month and the pain has not returned. I also had a great massage. I would highly recommend.

on our Anniversary decided to book an 1-hour spa for my husband. Communication was great with Jessy the receptionist who helped me to plan the surprise. my husband enjoys the Spa but we couldn't get any good spa and we would rather do Spa visits out of the UAE like Thailand or Seychelles when we travel but now we have found the best place for the spa session. Pranjal was very good hubby enjoyed the massage as it was very relaxing!

Excellent service, food and quality. High standard to detail and fantastic amenities. Picturesque pools, villas and beaches. Unreal experience
