Seafire Steakhouse sits inside Atlantis, The Palm, and has quietly become one of the most respected rooms of its kind in the city. The dining room reads elegant without formality - dark tones, low lighting, a clear sightline to an open kitchen where much of the grill work is finished to the table. A chef's table looks directly into the pass for guests who want to watch the work.
The cooking is focused and confidently restrained. Prime steaks are the centre of the menu, sourced from a considered international list and cooked with unusual consistency across grades and cuts, served with a tableside choice of Japanese, German, or French steak knives that has become part of the restaurant's signature ritual. Rock lobster with a house-made lobster sauce is the most commonly returned-to non-steak, the beef tartare is a precise opener, and a deep bread service - warm, butter-glazed, regularly reordered - runs the meal with generosity. Sides hold their own rather than decorate: truffle mash, almond-crusted carrots, and a rotating selection of roast vegetables. Desserts close without announcing themselves.
Service is the restaurant's other quiet strength. The sommelier and floor team operate with real knowledge; allergies and dietary requirements, including gluten-free, are handled with careful attention down to separate fryers and complimentary substitutions. The pace is steady and the attentiveness runs warm rather than choreographed - though on quieter evenings the floor can skew slightly too eager for more private dinners.
Seafire is priced at the upper end of the Atlantis dining set, with main cuts running well into three figures and a wine list that climbs comfortably from there. For an occasion dinner in Dubai, a resort-stay indulgence, or a demonstration of what a serious steakhouse can be, it rewards the outlay with an evening that lands in the memory rather than the phone camera alone.

We had a fantastic dinner at Seafire Steakhouse at Atlantis, The Palm! The steaks were incredible—mine was perfectly cooked, and the kids loved their burgers. The lively atmosphere and open kitchen made it extra fun. The staff was super friendly, making our experience even better. If you're in Dubai and craving a great steak, Seafire is a must-visit!

What a great and delectable cuisine offered. I am pescetarian so I did not partake of the meats there, instead going for the salmon which was good. The oysters are very delicious. My wife enjoyed a new york strip which she stated was excellent. It was interesting to pick out a knife for our dinner, you get to pick from a variety. The atmosphere is very soothing and romantic. I made the mistake of parking at the waterpark lot, it was a very long walk; next time I will opt for valet parking.
