We ate at Saffron for dinner one evening during our stay at the Atlantis hotel. Although the buffet here is highly reviewed, we usually don’t choose for a buffet, and would always prefer a typical restaurant for better quality. The restaurant and buffet selection is massive, easily the largest we've ever encountered – there are also themed nights each week, with this particular night being Indonesian. There’s an abundance of comfortable and spacious seating, and we were impressed by the friendly service. Soft drinks aren’t included in the buffet price, which was a disappointment. What truly amazed us was the sheer variety of food on offer - having experienced several top-tier Las Vegas buffets, Saffron outshone them all, by far. Not only was there a staggering selection (both Indonesian and International options), but the quality was consistently high across all dishes, with everything served at the proper temperature, fresh and full of flavour. Everything was well presented, well sign-posted and everything was being kept very clean and tidy. We enjoyed some absolutely superb food here. Overall, our visit to Saffron was one of the highlights of our entire trip. We can't recommend it highly enough; it's well worth the money and our only regret is not going earlier in the evening so we could have taken out time more and enjoyed even more of what was on offer!
