SEVA Experience in Jumeirah 1 is closer to a holistic wellness house than a conventional spa. The compound pairs a plant-based cafe set in a greenery-filled garden with treatment rooms, a meditation and yoga studio, a sound-healing space, and a retail shop stocked with crystals, singing bowls, sage and wellness books. The aesthetic is Bali-inspired and consistently soothing, and the cafe's vegan menu - from matcha and acai bowls to ceviche and snickers pie - is strong enough to sustain its own following. The studio programme is the real draw. Kundalini meditation and sound healing with Jake Davidian, Meditation Aroma Hatha Yoga with Azadeh Golestan, body work and energy sessions with Shadi and Eda, and treatments by Nir Levi, Nacho, Mrida, Michelle and Eva cover a broad arc of modalities. Classes run regular weekly slots with many guests arriving early for a coffee and a browse, and extending into the cafe for breakfast or lunch afterwards. A few honest caveats. The studio rooms are compact, so shared sound-healing sessions can be affected when a fellow participant is noisy, and the cafe spills into a livelier mood than the studio during peak brunch hours. Pricing is premium for single classes, and packages work out significantly better.
