The worst service I’ve ever experienced in Dubai. We arrived 22 minutes late to a class, but had informed the studio in advance that we were running 15–20 minutes late. We received a reply saying “See you soon,” and there was no mention that arriving slightly later than 20 minutes would mean being denied entry. We were ready to enter the class at exactly 6:22 PM. I personally spoke to the owner, Irina, but she refused to let us in — even though the class had actually only started at 6:15 PM, as we later found out from the trainer while we were in the hammam. This was not about punctuality. It was a stubborn, unreasonable decision to specifically keep us out, despite our prior notice and polite communication. This kind of rigid, dismissive attitude is unacceptable anywhere — especially in a service-oriented city like Dubai. If you care about respectful customer experience, I would strongly advise you to go elsewhere.

At the request of our client, we publish a review of the SAGE yoga center, Dubai. I would like to thank the staff of the Angel Cakes café in the SAGE yoga center in Dubai from the bottom of my heart! Especially the administrator of the yoga center Victoria, for her professionalism, as well as for her attentiveness to clients and prompt response! Once a week I bring my daughter to classes in the building next to the café. And while my daughter is doing her classes, usually I drink coffee in the Angel Cakes. This is a very cozy place with a beautiful interior, amazingly delicious coffee and sincere friendliness of the staff! Once we returned from a class and I discovered that I did not have an expensive Cartier Love bracelet with diamonds. I was in a panic! This thing was so dear to me! I started to remember where I could have lost it. I thought, what if it was left in the café?! I contacted the administrator. And, lo and behold! It was there! It turns out that after I left the café, Victoria found it and tried to find me. But since I don't practice at the Yoga Center, they didn't have a contact to contact me. So she handed the bracelet over to the café for safekeeping until I contacted them myself. They returned something dear to me, and also my faith in decency and honesty!
