I had a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure package at this spa. The staff were friendly, polite and generous. The massage wasn't the best I've ever had, but the facial was fantastic. The lady who did my pedicure was the personal manicurist for a Saudi princess for many years, hard working and friendly. I will definitely return to this spa next time I'm in Dubai.

My sister and I visited Beauty Within last week and were really disappointed with the service. We are visiting from the UK and both wanted a mani/pedi for the holidays. When we arrived, we were shown a card with 10 colours on it. I had to ask if they had any more colours and they said no. When I was looking around the salon, I noticed hundreds of nail polishes and Googled on my phone the company labelled on the bottles to see if they were shellac. They were. The staff had lied to us and after I pointed this out, they reluctantly showed us other colours. This then happened again when I said I didn’t like those colours (again, a limited range). When I asked why they didn’t show us all of them first, the lady said that it was because “other customers complained” about the quality. I was thoroughly disappointed and was forced into choosing a colour that I did not want. My sister and I were in the salon for almost 3 hours with 3 nail technicians present. Another customer was getting her hair done and when she arrived to the nail section to get her nails done, the same tricks were played on her. One of the nail technicians also cut me twice when doing my cuticles, making me bleed. I will most definitely not be going back to Beauty Within. Terrible customer service, atmosphere and my nails are already chipped and ruined just 1 week later.

I visited this salon twice in last three weeks. I had a 100 dirham package for back massage manicure and pedicure. Excellent value although my nails chipped within 3 days. My second visit I requested the same package and was persuaded to have a foot scrub instead of the back massage. It was only ok. They were expecting a wedding party in so were rushing to get me out. I will not return as there are plenty of other salons around the Marina.
