Eat Greek Kouzina sits on the JBR beachfront with a terrace that opens directly onto the sand - one of the more naturally beautiful Mediterranean settings in the neighbourhood, especially at sunset. The interior is bright and contemporary with nods to a village taverna: whitewashed surfaces, blue accents, artisanal ceramics, and Hellenic lighting pieces. The recent revamp has brought the room closer in polish to the more premium outlets on The Walk while keeping the relaxed, conversational register Greek dining expects.
The kitchen plays cleanly between traditional taverna cooking and lighter Mediterranean plates. Mezze arrive generously and properly - tzatziki, taramasalata, grilled halloumi, saganaki with a crisp crust - and the mains land with confidence, from a seafood linguine that holds its own beyond the Greek canon to a well-charred steak and a grill selection. Vegetarian tables are thoughtfully looked after, and the kitchen handles gluten-free requests with genuine care rather than token substitutions. Close with the walnut cake, a quietly loved house signature, and a proper Greek coffee rather than a Turkish pour.
Service is among the most engaged in the JBR dining strip. The floor team is a mix of Greek-national hosts and a long-tenured local crew, and both operate with the warmth the cuisine brings. Families, sunset bookings, and solo diners are all handled with the same ease, and the spacing between tables is unusually generous for the neighbourhood. Worth noting: the indoor room plays background music at a higher volume than the terrace, which is the quieter conversational seat.
Pricing sits in the mid-to-upper casual bracket for the area, with value holding up particularly well on the mezze-and-main-split approach. Reservations are worth making for terrace tables through the cooler months, when the beachfront deck fills from late afternoon. For a Greek dinner with a genuine sea view and a kitchen that takes the cuisine seriously, Eat Greek Kouzina is a consistently dependable pick at JBR.

We often visit this restaurant during our holiday in Dubai - great mousaka, fish, sea food and desserts. Really quite similar to Greece. The staff is very friendly.

Very nice Greek restaurant with good quality food. The plates presented look as beautiful as on the menu pictures. We visited multiple times and are very satisfied with the professional and extremely friendly staff. Essentially Fredy was very nice and a perfect gentleman. We will visit again soon. We chose to have a different cuisine for our Dubai trip and we decided to go Greek. Services were great and food was delicious, view was fantastic! We all had a great time there! The Greek salad was a must, the best I had so far!
