Food is a genuine strength. The all-day restaurant Envy runs a fresh, cooked-to-order buffet that holds up through breakfast, lunch and dinner, while Bakalis delivers a polished Greek menu for sit-down evenings. Service throughout the resort - front desk, butler team, Fluid beach crew - is consistently warm and name-remembering, the kind of hospitality that feels earned rather than scripted. Families will find the separate kids' pool, playground and kids' club genuinely useful, and the beach itself is wide, calm and cleanly kept.
A few caveats worth knowing. Peak-season reservations have occasionally been mishandled at check-in, with room-type changes resolved less smoothly than the brand standard suggests, so confirm your booking category in writing before arrival. In-room tech (centrally controlled lighting, climate) can be fussy, and the valet turnaround at busy hours is slow. The palm-trunk location places you a short drive from Nakheel Mall and the monorail, but journeys into downtown Dubai still run thirty to forty minutes in traffic. For travellers after a design-led beach resort with proper kitchens, strong food and an unforced social scene, it is one of the Palm's more rewarding mid-luxury choices.

Excellent hotel on Palma Jumeirah, with beach access. There are 3 swimming pools on the property - for adults, for family and children, very comfortable separation) Everything necessary for relaxing with children is available - playground, kids club, beach. Rooms are very spacious, there is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine. In general here the rest with maximum comfort passes) The advantage of this hotel is the staff. Everyone is very friendly, friendly and sympathetic. I want to celebrate every receptionist, everyone is very sympathetic. In particular, the administrator at Toghrul reception. Also in the restaurant envy all the staff are amazing, cooking there is very delicious and super fast. Thank you for such a comfortable holiday. Next time we'll definitely come back here.❤️

Be aware! You might not get the room you booked and they will just tell you that something happend. We booked a suite for my family way before our holidays. When we arrived they said that it is not available due to some issue. But of course they just overbooked during the high season and as we paid before and the rates now were higher, they have sold our room again. They could not show us our suite with which supposedly something happened. They put us in a different hotel near their property for one night but it was completely different low quality. We demanded to go back to their hotel but instead of a suite they could provide only two small rooms on different floors and of course their price (2 rooms) at current levels was lower than the price of the suit. We agreed on a partial refund (the difference between the suit and 2 rooms) that they said will be paid maximum 15 days after our departure. Soon 2 months will pass but of course no refund. Overall experience - looks and feels like s scam as they don’t care if they overbook or not and make up stories.On the photos below you’ll see the room they put us in a different hotel. Much worse quality than we’ve paid for.
