Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai rises off Sheikh Zayed Road in the Trade Centre district, positioned within easy reach of DIFC, the World Trade Centre, and the metro - the kind of address that earns repeat business from corporate travellers and conference attendees. The tower feels polished without overplaying its hand, with an airy marble lobby, a generous pool deck on the upper levels, and sweeping skyline views toward the Burj Khalifa from its higher-floor rooms.
Accommodations span Deluxe rooms through Club-access categories and one- and two-bedroom suites; the Club rooms and suites are the meaningful upgrade here, unlocking the 31st-floor Sheraton Club Lounge, which is the property's defining amenity. The lounge runs continuous food and beverage presentations across the day, from a calm breakfast through all-day snacks to evening canapes and happy hour cocktails, and the team - regulars reference Chandan, Joanna, Tristan, Megha, Rahul and Shin by name - is unusually consistent, treating returning Bonvoy members with real warmth. Rooms themselves are spacious by central-Dubai standards, with firm beds, walk-in showers, large work desks and strong soundproofing against the motorway below.
Beyond the Club, the main restaurant &More handles a reliable international breakfast buffet with a live egg station that regulars single out, while the rooftop pool stays calm outside peak weekends and the gym is well-equipped for long-stay guests. Housekeeping is a strong suit, with Marriott-level attention to detail that shows in turndown and in how carefully personal items are arranged.
The honest caveats are modest. The property sits on a busy commercial strip, so it rewards guests who plan to taxi or metro rather than walk to dining; the onsite F&B list is serviceable rather than destination-level once the lounge is excluded. Occasional communication gaps around pool hours and restaurant timings do surface. For business stays and short city trips anchored to central Dubai, particularly with Club access, it remains one of the most dependable picks in the corridor.

A truly cosy and atmospheric luxury hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was always incredibly kind, attentive and professional, making the stay extra pleasant.A special praise should be given to Misan and Nithin, who have made sure that the room was always nice, delicious and welcoming – the cleaning was at the top and made a clear difference for the experience. The surroundings are beautifully decorated and invite to tranquility and relaxation, especially the pool area which is at the top. The food was an experience in itself, with two different restaurants, both delivering high-quality food and with great variety.Overall a place that combines luxury, comfort and personal service – definitely worth a visit.

Chandan who works in the lounge is incredibly amazing! I really cannot say enough good things about him. He definitely goes over above and beyond the call of duty. If anyone reading this is an Indian, they will know the importance of ‘kadak chai’ and that is what Chandan provided.I have never met a server who is more pleasant, smiling, and incredibly caring of the guests he serves.
