From the moment we arrived to the moment we reluctantly left, our 3-night stay at One&Only The Palm was nothing short of magical. The entire experience was majestic, and though our time there was brief, it truly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime escape, one that has effortlessly topped every other hotel experience we've had to date.Let’s start with the property itself, words hardly do it justice. The grounds are beyond stunning, a serene paradise filled with lush greenery that looks like it’s been painted into perfection. Every corner feels like a postcard. It’s hard to imagine such tranquility and natural beauty can exist in the heart of Dubai, but here, it does, effortlessly.Before we even set foot on the property, we were already in great hands thanks to Vanessa, who had previously looked after us at One&Only Royal Mirage. Her impeccable service and attention to detail meant everything was taken care of well in advance, including a very early check-in that made all the difference. Vanessa is truly a gem, nothing is ever too much trouble, and her warm, welcoming nature sets the tone for what’s to come.Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and guided through a seamless check-in. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who checked us in, but he was absolutely fantastic, professional, gracious, and efficient.We were then introduced to our dedicated host, Farzana, who deserves a very special mention. From the get-go, she was in touch via WhatsApp, ensuring all our needs were met and assisting with reservations and requests throughout our stay. She was always available, incredibly kind, and genuinely cared about making our time exceptional.Around the pool and beach, we were so fortunate to be looked after by Jude, who, in all honesty, stands out as one of the best hotel staff members we’ve ever encountered, anywhere in the world. He got to know us from day one and remembered exactly what we liked. Every day, he went above and beyond to ensure we were completely comfortable. Warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Jude is a credit to the team and someone who clearly takes great pride in his work.Dining at Zest was another highlight. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner here, and every meal was superb, not just for the delicious food, but for the outstanding service. Thank you to Santosh, Marinell, EJ, and Hassan, who welcomed us each time with genuine smiles and ensured every dining experience was perfect.Housekeeping was also flawless. A big thanks to Akash, who maintained our room immaculately and was always friendly and efficient. And we can’t forget Rakan, who always appeared just at the right moment with the buggy, greeting us with a smile and helping us get around the property with ease and comfort.Every single member of the team contributed to making our stay unforgettable. We felt utterly spoilt from start to finish, and not once did we feel like just another guest, rather, we were treated like family. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail sets One&Only The Palm on a level of its own.If I had to fault anything, I simply can’t.
