Moscow Hotel is a long-established Deira address just off Al Maktoum Road, a short walk from Al Rigga metro and a quarter of an hour on foot from Deira City Centre. The building leans into its name with a richly decorated, Russian-accented interior, and its personality is shaped as much by the nightlife it hosts as by the rooms upstairs. The property bundles a hotel, a rooftop pool, a fitness centre, a spa, the Volga restaurant, the Hero sports bar and the Red Square nightclub into a single complex - which is both the draw and the thing to understand before booking.
Rooms are clean and comfortable in a classical style, and the housekeeping team is one of the property's strongest assets, genuinely attentive over longer stays. Breakfast is modest rather than abundant - an honest continental spread with fresh omelettes rather than a sprawling buffet - and dinner at Volga covers international dishes with Russian and Arabic flourishes. A shisha lounge and garden anchor the ground floor, and the rooftop pool is a pleasant sunset perch over the Deira rooftops.
Front of house is warm and many guests return year after year for the relationships they have built with the management and reception team. The location earns its keep for shoppers and business travellers: gold and spice souks, local department stores and affordable restaurants are all within a short stroll, and the metro and water-taxi make the rest of the city easy.
This is an adult-leaning hotel, and that framing matters. Red Square is a late-night club with a regional reputation, and guests booking rooms on the lower floors should expect to hear it; light sleepers are better placed on the third floor or higher. Visitors brought to rooms are subject to a fee at reception, and drink prices in the bar and club sit well above neighbourhood averages. For solo travellers and groups who want a characterful Deira base with nightlife built in, it delivers; families looking for a quiet stay will find calmer options nearby.

Moscow Hotel is near to airport and food is also good but Rooms are not good- If you want to be disturb from water voice and do not want to sleep then surely come in this hotel.I complained repeatedly that water is flowing inside corridor and from wash room frequent water flow voice roaring and not allowing to sleep but it was not fixed. Then I also felt that hotel may crash any time due to frequent water leakage.

As a frequent traveler, I think the assumption of booking a 4 star hotel and seeing in reality an average 3 star one, makes all the confusion about this hotel.Location is very good, staff are nice, and that's it.Definitely not suitable for families, needs deep renovation, all the in room amenities are worn out, and good for solo travelers or friends to enjoy the night club noise at nights.By high comparison with high quality standards of Dubai hotels, it could maximum be a 3*.

Negative: Nightclub in hotel, not recommended to family, lots of girls in club, entry fee 150 Aed. Reception charge u 200 Aed, if u take any guest to room. Mostly Russian and Arabic girls. Good price for fun’s. Lots of music sound in rooms, Positiv: Central, breakfast ok , simple not to much variety. Near Deira city center. Nice staf, massage clinic was ok, but I suggest find other better place.Advise: if u stay with friends, super place, but not when u stay with family.
