Service is a repeated high point across guest feedback, from the front office down to housekeeping. The management team, including the cluster general manager and front office and housekeeping leads, are visibly involved, and requests - allergy-sensitive room swaps, same-room extensions, late-night maintenance - are resolved quickly and graciously. Housekeeping is meticulous without being intrusive, and long-stay guests can tailor service frequency to their preferences. A reasonably priced breakfast is available for those who want it, though most guests lean on the kitchen.
The location is the main trade-off. This is a residential district rather than a tourist one, so the beach, Downtown and the metro all require a taxi or car; in return, guests get space, quiet, parking and a home-like setting at a fraction of the cost of a central address. For extended Dubai stays where kitchen and laundry facilities matter more than walkability to landmarks, Mont Rose is a strong, consistently well-run choice.

The hotel is super clean , safe, the apartment is specious and very convenient for small family. The staffs are so welcoming and nice people. The cleaners are so kind to help too. Parking is available always since there are B1 and B2. Location is close to Barsha city center and Dubai Hills mall. I always stay in this hotel when I visit Dubai . I highly recommend this hotel . I stayed here while visiting family. Such a good experience. I had a spacious studio apartment that tat was top class. Room was spotless clean with all facilities included. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was excellent. The location was perfect for me and indeed with the wonderful taxi service in Dubai this location is accessible to everywhere. Nice breakfast available if required at a very reasonable price. As good as the apartment was the crowning feature of my visit was the courtesy and friendliness of the staff at the front desk. In a city i enjoyed visiting so much the experience at my accommodation was very memorable. I will definitely be back.
