The Landmark Grand sits on Al Rigga Road in Deira, five minutes on foot from Union Metro station, where the Red and Green lines meet. It is a pragmatic mid-range address built around location and price rather than polish: the surrounding streets run late into the night with restaurants, 24-hour supermarkets and the Al Ghurair Centre mall directly opposite, and the metro puts Downtown, the Gold Souk and the airport within easy reach. Repeat guests - many of them long-haul regulars who return year after year - treat it as a reliable home base in old Dubai.
Rooms are generously sized for the price, with a range of standard rooms and suites, underground parking and a modest rooftop pool. On-site dining leans toward Indian and South Asian flavours, with buffet lunch at The Delights and in-house catering used regularly for small weddings and birthdays. Several front-office and housekeeping staff are mentioned repeatedly by name, and the service, when it clicks, is warm and genuinely accommodating.
Expectations need calibrating, though. The property is older and maintenance is uneven: furnishings, fabrics and bathrooms can feel tired, and reports of dust, plumbing niggles and inconsistent housekeeping surface more often than they should. Rooms facing the adjacent sports courts can pick up noise late at night, and the policy around visitor charges and check-in documentation has caught guests off guard. Front-desk tone also varies by shift.
This is the right hotel for travellers who prioritise price, space and a central transit location over design and pristine finishes, and who are comfortable inspecting the room on arrival and asking for a move if needed. For that traveller, the value and the Deira setting are genuinely hard to beat.

I would like to say thanks to best services in Landmark Hotel Dubai. Hotel was great and the staff was well behaved very friendly and especially Mr sultan & Philippino lady sorry i forgot her name from front office section makes me feel like my family or home. Food quality was good and hotel secluded that what I was looking for. Over all good experience. We will come back soon. Only housekeeping need to improve service.

The room condition was disaster. I complaint to front desk and they changed the room but still even the other room was dirty. I never saw a filthy room like this in any hotel. Full of dust, leakage in washroom, seepage on walls, broken minibar door, stains on carpet and bedsheets, AC not working, flies in the room. After this when I requested a late check out their rates were almost the same I paid for full night which I did not accept and checked out at 2pm.

The room facility was disgusting. We were given towels that look like a rug. And worse the staff at the reception are rude (except to one filipina). I understand that they can be strict in asking people for ID during pandemic. But the manner that I was asked to show ID before going up to the room was very rude (my sister was already checked in so I thought no need for me to go to reception). When I was telling how upset I am for being asked rudely, the manager went out. And instead of appeasing me, he rudely said also - not allowed, many times as if I don't understand English. I replied saying this is the first time I came here and this will be the last. On top of this, the AC was not cooling properly that we were not able to sleep. Such a nightmare!!!
