Opened in 2019, the tower feels notably current: cool, light-filled interiors, spacious rooms with generous balconies, and bathrooms finished with a roll-top tub and walk-in rain shower. Lake View King and Course View rooms are the stalwarts, and higher floors look out across the greens or the inner resort lake. The broader resort sprawls over an impressively green tract of landscaped gardens, lawns, and water features, with golf carts running on call between sister properties so guests can roam between the Hotel, Palm Tree Court, and Beach Hotel and use the full slate of facilities. That includes several pools (one reserved for adults), a long private beach, the Jumana Sports & Leisure club with tennis, padel, and football pitches, an equestrian and shooting centre, a kids' club, and even a small petting zoo. It is a natural fit for families and for golfers who want to play and stay. Dining runs across multiple outlets, with half-board widely taken up; buffet breakfast and dinner cover extensive international and regional options, and the kitchen is unusually accommodating of allergies and dietary requests when flagged at check-in. White Orchid is a favourite for a quieter a la carte evening. Service is the property's calling card: front office, concierge, housekeeping, and F&B teams are warm and genuinely attentive, and guests returning a third or fourth time is not unusual. A few honest caveats. The location is the trade-off - the resort sits well outside central Dubai, so plan on the complimentary shuttle, a hired car, or ride-hailing for Downtown, the Marina, or the airport. Periodic construction is visible in the wider area. And while service standards are consistently strong, isolated pool-deck and bar moments have not always matched the rest of the experience. Best for families, golfers, and couples seeking space, quiet, and resort-scale leisure rather than a walk-out-the-door city base.
