First Central Hotel Suites trades on one of the most practical propositions in the Barsha Heights / TECOM area: generously sized apartment-style suites with full kitchens at upper-mid-scale pricing, a five-minute walk to the Dubai Internet City metro station, and a neighbourhood lined with supermarkets, casual cafes and a small park. It earns its repeat business from a clear constituency - long-stay corporate guests, families on multi-week trips, and remote workers using Dubai as a base for a month or more.
Accommodations span classic studios through one- and two-bedroom suites and a larger penthouse category. Even entry studios include a proper kitchenette with a stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle and enough basic cookware for simple self-catering, plus a seating area and, in many categories, a washing machine. Rooms are kept notably clean by a consistent housekeeping team, and daily turndown tends to happen promptly while guests are at breakfast. The small heated rooftop pool is the most quoted feature of the building itself, with a genuinely good view across the skyline and lane of the Sheikh Zayed corridor.
The property's defining strength is its long-serving service team. The concierge and front desk, with Ayoub, Morshed, Gideon, Obinna and Riyaz repeatedly cited by long-stay guests, operate more like a residence team than a hotel front desk, handling airport coordination, grocery recommendations, group logistics, lost items and late-night requests with unusual personal warmth. Beastro, the in-house cafe and restaurant, is a quiet favourite for a reliable breakfast and a work-friendly environment across the day.
Honest caveats matter. The hard product is noticeably dated in parts, with older furniture, soft finishes and bathrooms that have stepped showers rather than walk-ins; mobility-limited guests should request an appropriate room at booking. The half-board dinner format is a limited menu selection rather than a buffet, and the in-house restaurant is outsourced, which shows in occasional service inconsistencies. Access to affiliated beach facilities on the Palm is possible but not seamless. For travellers seeking an apartment-style base with strong service at a sensible price, particularly for longer stays, First Central continues to deliver reliable value.

Edit: I've lived here for 1 year now. This has been just amazing! I've felt at home. This has been home for me. The cleaning staff are as amazing as they were on day one. The staff have remained friendly and helpful. The same great people that helped me scecure my apartment, still work here. The staff are absolutely amazing, and they are people's people, if that makes sense. They have soul and heart. The kindest people. I have always felt safe and looked after. Definitely just loved the peace and tranquillity that comes with First Central.I've been here for a week already, and it is absolutely superb. The hotel is clean, it smells nice and operates very well! I owe my thanks to the lady who helped me to book my 1 year stay. Her name was Rukaina, at First Central Hotel. She is truly excellent at her work! Very methodical and professional. The type of person one would find at a 5 star hotel! Remarkable people make a remarkable business... and when done correctly in hospitality, it feels like home. First Central Hotel is truly an amazing place to stay. I love it here!! I love my new home!!
