Interiors lean into a polished industrial-chic look - dark metal, warm wood, soft lighting - and residences come with full kitchens, making the hotel a practical option for longer stays, family visits and extended business trips. The facilities roster is unusually deep for this category. A family pool and a separate adults-only rooftop pool on the nineteenth floor deliver genuine skyline views, the Soul Senses Spa offers a quiet, well-reviewed treatment menu, and a fitness centre rounds out the wellness offer. Dining is anchored by The Spice Tree, which handles a wide-ranging half-board buffet with a menu that rotates often enough to stay interesting over multi-night stays, and the signature warm DoubleTree cookie still greets every arrival. The Bur Dubai location offers excellent transport connections but less neighbourhood atmosphere than Downtown or Jumeirah, so travellers after walkable waterfront promenades will spend more time in taxis.
