We spent 5 nights at the magnificent Ciel hotel Marina, enjoying the breathtaking view and luxury. We had booked a King premium room with sea view and lounge access. Our room was located on the 66th floor and had a magnificent view of the sea towards the Palm Islands. The room was brand new, really well equipped.Positive things:- The hotel is really luxurious, brand new- The staff is absolutely top class, every member really makes an effort to make you feel comfortable- The breakfast is really rich, nothing is missing- The hotel is by the Marina Walk, where it is nice to walk and there are several grocery stores, cafes and restaurantsThings to improve:- The hotel was not yet fully ready, which we knew. Because of this, we did not experience the Spa section and the Lounge facilities. However, the temporary lounge space worked flawlessly.- There were still major shortcomings in the operation of the elevators. This must be fixed.- The pool areas for hotel guests were not very large considering the size of the hotel. The sun didn't shine for long on the larger side.- The location is a bit challenging due to the traffic jams in the Marina. Getting around is possible by taxi, but be prepared for traffic jams.We would especially like to thank the staff at the Lounge, who really made our stay meaningful.
