Set on the fourth floor of the Ritz-Carlton on Jumeirah Beach Walk, the hotel's spa still ranks among Dubai's most polished hotel sanctuaries, even as parts of the property show their 1990s heritage. The signature Arabia Felix ritual is the house calling card: a warm-oil journey built around a choice of scent (sandalwood is the most requested) and a foot bath, finished with hibiscus tea and dates. ESPA-designed massages, hot stone work, Balinese relaxation and diamond-dust facials fill out a menu that is deliberately classic rather than trend-driven.
Therapists drive most of the praise. Deep-tissue work is precise enough to clear serious tension without bruising, and several therapists (Mahi, Luh, Emi and Suphannee among them) are booked by name by repeat guests. Treatment rooms are private and well paced, and couples packages and birthday touches such as room decoration and cake are handled with thought. The spa-cation package, bundling a massage with a two-course lunch at La Baie, high tea and full-day access to the beach and pool, is genuinely good value for the neighbourhood.
Facilities are extensive if not uniformly pristine: private men's and women's zones with plunge pools, steam room, heated loungers and a zen lounge, plus a mixed relaxation area and an indoor pool. There is no dry sauna, and some of the tilework and carpeting would benefit from refresh. Treatments adhere to same-gender therapist policy per Dubai norms, and service at reception can be uneven around voucher or membership terms, so confirming inclusions at booking is worthwhile. For a classic Ritz-Carlton ritual extended into a full beach day, it remains a dependable choice.

We've seen many hotels all around the World but this one is definitely one of the best... Great SPA and Hairdresser, wonderful swimming area, even for kids. They have a RC Kids Club, too and a special physical programm for adults and kids. Food is delicious and whatever you need you'll get it there...except of changing the temperature 😉they do everything to make you feel like you're "at home". Take your chance and try it!

I loved this hotel! After spending a few days at Atlantis the Palm, it was nice to get away to such a relaxing and pretty hotel. The service was great and breakfast was lovely. The pool and bar were within close proximity to our room.
