I am extremely disappointed in my experience here. Not just by the massage therapist (who is not professional) but with the receptionist who have charged me a different fee. I'm SORRY but I'm working hard for my money.....This was the WORST massage I have ever had. I dont want to sound dramatic - but this is NOT how you do business!!! Can I please have the owner to phone me please. I'm extremely upset and disgusted !!

Stay away from this place! They totally rip you off. On their homepage, they offer single treatments and packages for a ridiculous low price. When you arrive at the place, they pull out another price list charging treatments 5 times as much as per homepage. Obviously, they try to scam visitors!!! The lady who gabe me the massage was absolutely inexperienced. She was just a beginner, not asking for any special desires. At the beginning, she applied way too much pressure, which was painful, followed by no pressure at all, which felt like just stroking me. She mainly focussed on my legs, neglegting my back and neck/ shoulder pains even though I informed the staff beforehand. To make it even worse, the toilet was dirty, no toilet paper and disgusting. The receptionist wouldn't give me a refund at first. He said, they don't have a refund policy in place. After intensive discussions, he offered me 100 AED refund from his pocket as the manager would not grant a refund. I think, he lied to me. I was asking for the Manager, but he would not let me talk to him and said, the Manager would have a break now. Obviously, he felt nervous saying this, so it was a lie. After another discussion with me and his Manager, the receptionist would offer me 150 Dirham refund, not more. This was less than 50 % discount! I ended up getting this discount and after all paid 50 AED more (180 AED), despite refund, than the advertised price as per homepage (130 AED). DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

We were looking for a massage in the Business Bay area, assuming it would be a professional service given the location. However, upon arrival, the receptionist a man asked us to pay in cash. When I told him I only had a card, he said there would be an additional 10% charge for using it. The massage itself was extremely disappointing and not worth the AED 400 charged for a full-body session. It didn’t feel professional at all, and it left us questioning whether massage is even their actual business. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and money.
