Wonderful wonderful salon. Best staff in the world. I travel from the USA to do my hair . Have had both Kareena and Sandra do my blond and it just can't be done in the USA as good. The manis and pedis are superb too. Probably the best massage that I've ever had in my life in there rooms with the very best massage beds. Even a simple hair wash is a luxurious experience.

I wish we had day spas like Sisters Beauty Lounge in the US! I was very nervous about getting a Brazilian wax in a Middle Eastern country so I scoured all corners of the internet to make sure I went to the right place, even if it meant paying a little bit more. As soon as I stepped into the treatment room, I knew i made the right choice. The room was sparkling clean. The treatment table was covered with towels and a disposable sheet. They use hard wax which is what I prefer for bikini and Brazilian waxes. Louisa did a wonderful job and took great care with every little detail. I also got a spa pedicure. Each nail station is set up with a TV and Netflix so I was able to watch whatever I wanted without sharing the entertainment system with other clients. The nail technician was very professional and also did a great job. Another perk: I was offered a beverage and when it arrived, it came on a tray with a brownie bite. The only complaints I have are: 1) Their website can be improved, especially the reservation system. I never received a reply or confirmation to my appointment request and ended up calling in. 2) The chairs at the nail station were small and didn't have enough back support.

Had the worse experience ever. So overpriced. Made me wait for over three hours to get my hair done. The lady doing my hair started at 3 and kept getting pulled away to see other customers. Didn't end up leaving till after 6. So unprofessional. What's the point of having appointments if you're going to see other people in between. Never again.
