Incredibly great spa. The best spa treatment ever! This has the usual, professional, cultured service of the Jiva Spas of the Taj Hotel Chain, which is a TATA Enterprise. They are known for great customer service. The Spa Manager Abhilash responded to my email & communicated using WhatsApp. He arranged for spa treatments for the 4 members of our family, along with our special requests. He got something special for my mom for her 70th birthday. He communicated with the hotel restaurant as well to get us seated & dined for brunch in time for out spa appointment. The spa itself is very nice. The staff are friendly & gave great massages. The specialty here Ayurvedic treatment, which you will not find in most other spas. They use totally natural products & are socially responsible in terms of donating to charity, recycling, and reusing things. They donate the used spa sandals to needy cancer patients. The spa facilities that we can use are great - the pool, the gym, steam room, dry sauna, bathrooms with lockers, and the ambiance. The relaxation room is great to use as well, before or after your treatment. We all got small gifts from the spa which added a nice touch. Don't forget to give your Taj Inner Circle number!

Jiva Spa is my favourite as it pampers you alot with good service and products. Jiva Spa believes in nature and uses natural products for various treatments. Staff here are very humble and excellent at their service. Special mention to Vishnu, he is outstanding with facial and I always enjoy it and demand for him in my every appointment. Ladies at spa reception- Alfa, very cooperative and welcoming. Thank you Jiva Spa team for always giving me an awesome experience.

It is my first visit to Jiva Spa in Taj Dubai, it was great experience getting inn so exhausted and get out fresh. There treatments is totally natural and they believe on it. I tried massage based on recommendation after explaining my pain. Thanks to Moi, you did a great Job felt relaxed and enjoyed my evening. Note: rated the spa as very good because i was interrupted by staff talking to customer loudly and have shared the same to the spa, hope this will be improved
