The French toast on the breakfast menu has a quiet cult following, and the cocktail programme, from a standout passion-fruit mocktail to a thorough champagne list, is polished and precisely made. Service, when it lands, is refined and attentive in the way a room at this price point demands. It is worth being honest that consistency has not matched ambition: the floor team can run warmer on the lounge side than in the main dining room, and the pace of check-ins and refills varies evening to evening. The restaurant operates on time-limited reservations and minimum-spend policies, and table allocations do not always share the view equally; request a window seat in advance rather than at the door. At.mosphere is priced at an occasion level, with covers that comfortably run into four figures per person, and the expectation should be set accordingly: it is a once-in-a-stay experience, chosen for the altitude and the ceremony as much as the plate.
