Feast is the all-day dining room at Sheraton Grand Hotel in Dubai's DIFC business district, built around an international buffet programme that rotates in theme across the week. The space is bright and generously proportioned, with a calm, mid-volume atmosphere; a terrace opens during the cooler months and adds a second dimension to weekend services. The format is buffet-forward but served with an attentiveness more often associated with à la carte rooms.
The kitchen runs strongest on its themed nights. The Saturday seafood evening is the flagship - an expansive cold station of oysters and prawns, grilled fish made to order, and a rotating sushi counter - with the quality holding well across both hot and cold sections. Asian night covers dim sum, wok stations, and tandoor service with some depth, while Ramadan iftar brings a thoughtful Arabic-forward spread that has become a yearly fixture for local families. Breakfast and lunch settle into a more conventional international format, with a fresh bread station, a proper espresso programme, and a standout Umm Ali closing desserts reliably.
Service is the restaurant's quiet strength and where its regulars return. The floor team is long-tenured and visibly engaged, pacing check-ins without crowding tables and remembering preferences across stays. Occasion bookings - birthdays, Easter, iftar - are handled with small, considered touches rather than outsized ceremony; family-dining traditions such as Easter egg hunts and dedicated kids' activities are built into the calendar rather than added on.
Pricing is genuinely reasonable for a buffet of this scope, particularly on the buy-one-get-one offers through the mainstream dining apps. For a family Sunday, a weekend seafood brunch, or a Ramadan iftar without fuss, Feast sits comfortably near the top of the mid-range hotel-dining set. Reservations are worth making for themed nights, when the room fills early.
