Tucked inside the Park Hyatt Dubai Creek, Amara Spa trades on privacy in a way few city spas can match. Each treatment suite is effectively its own small villa, opening onto a walled courtyard with an outdoor rain shower, garden seating and indoor shower room. The effect is that the session extends well beyond the massage table: guests are welcomed with a foot ritual, choose their own music and tea, and are left to linger in the private garden after treatment rather than shuffled to a communal relaxation lounge.
The signature Amara massage, built around a frankincense-leaning oil blend, is the house recommendation and reliably executed, with therapists such as Girlie and Prashansha named repeatedly for precise pressure and tailored work. The menu extends to Thai massage, volcanic hot stone, bamboo scrubs, Arabic botanical rituals, and facials that several regulars credit with visible, lasting improvements. Longer packages bundle treatments with a three-course lunch and full-day access to the hotel pool, gym, sauna and steam, which makes a five or six-hour stay feel genuinely unhurried rather than stretched.
The setting, with Moorish domes, fountains and birdsong around the pool terrace, is one of the most restful in the city, though the shared hotel pool can fill with families on Fridays, and guests have occasionally found the relaxation lounge mixed-gender in a way that needs a heads-up. Pricing sits at the upper end but includes facility access, and front-desk promotions can meaningfully soften the bill for those who call ahead. For a full-day spa retreat rather than a quick fix, it is still one of the strongest in Dubai.

If you are looking for something very special, this is where you find it! This spa makes you feel welcome from the minute you arrive, the surroundings are beautiful and the treatments are a pure bliss. My therapist Girlie was not only a sunshine, but certainly an expert in relaxing massages! All treatment rooms are private with an outdoor shower. Packages including a lovely lunch are available, send an email to enquire.

My wife and I stayed at the Park Hyaat and we kept on hearing about the Amara Spa being a must try. We went for a session and we both loved it. We felt pampered by the Staff the place is eloquently decorated. the option of outside seating with the magnificent view was lovely. we left rejuvenated and would sure return.

One of the things I do when I am on a staycation is to book a spa appointment for myself. I had the most relaxed experience at the Amara Spa, Park Hyatt. I did the signature Amara massage for 60 minutes and the therapist was good. My overall experience was amazing.
