I visited Bay Yoga for bikram in midst of my business trip in Dubai. The area is new (Business Bay) so not all taxi drivers would know the place. However I was given clear instruction by the staff via email and it helps a lot. There is another building called Grosvenor Hotel which is at the other side and this could be common mistake by visitor or taxi driver. The bikram yoga session was good - room isnt as hot as where I used to do. When class finished the helpful staff (Filipino lady) helped me by calling taxi operator and ensure I got it picked me up in front of the building. She is indeed helpful!

Theachers are aggressive and the smell of the sweat soaked carpet is really disturbing. Yoga is all about calmness and gentleness, but not here unfortunately.

I can agree with a previous comment, terrible teacher who will scold you like children in primary school. As I am a teacher myself I do understand that everyone has a certain style however no student likes to be told off in front of the full class like "you do not listen to the instructions" or " if you dont bring your chest up we'll be here till tomorrow" or making fun of. Such a pity hence the studio is nice and the staff is helpful as well.
