Sanae is truly a charming soul with incredibly experienced hands. I walked in feeling a bit skeptical about the treatment, but she immediately put me at ease. She took her time to explain every ingredient, its name, purpose, and benefit making sure I felt completely informed and comfortable throughout the whole process. Her presence alone is soothing, and the way she cares for her clients is genuinely special. I felt relaxed, cared for, and confident that I was in the right hands.
