Qua Spa occupies the wellness floor of Caesars Resort on Bluewaters Island, with a polished, contemporary fit-out that leans pan-Asian rather than classical. The signature treatments are built around the Japanese Iyashi Dome - a heated cocoon that drives a 30-minute sweat session before body exfoliation, thermal clay mask and drainage massage - and offered as Detox, Japanese Body Detox and the two-hour Imperial Dream packages. Other draws include the Royal Arabian Desert treatment on heated tables, and a broad massage menu delivered from quiet, neutrally decorated rooms. Changing areas are genuinely luxurious, stocked with Carole Joy amenities and Dyson hair dryers. The therapy team is small but very consistent. Ary, Nok, Nouk and Bee are the most-requested names, each running sessions with attentive pressure, steady pacing and careful check-ins on heat and comfort during the dome work. Front desk, led by Jennifer and Sahdeesh, handles memberships and scheduling without fuss. The attached gym is well-equipped and available to hotel guests and members. For a genuinely differentiated treatment - especially the Iyashi Dome sequence, which is hard to find elsewhere in Dubai - this is one of the stronger choices on the Bluewaters and JBR side of town. Pricing matches the five-star positioning. Arriving early to use the relaxation area, showers and amenities makes the full experience worthwhile.
