I was staying at Bay Central Residence on the Dubai Marina and decided to get a massage. We found a newly openedThai Spa on the ground floor. I booked a oil massage. When I arrived I was welcomed by a Thai lady and taken to the treatment rooms which consist of large thai style beds, washbasins and shower cubicles. The whole area is air conditioned with relaxing music playing in the background. My masseur worked really hard during the session finding all of those tired knots in my body and gently working them out. The session lasted the full hour and I was then invited to shower if I wished to remove the oil. Nice towels were provided for this purpose. The cost of the massage was 150 aed discounted from 200 aed during the summer season, I thought this was excellent value. I have since returned for a anti cellulite massage, which was also excellent. I am staying in Dubai for a further 5 weeks and will be returning for more treatments. I have enjoyed many massages over the years from Thailand to China and the treatment at Nora's is by the far one of the best.

This Spa is located in the basement B3 level of Bay Central, West tower, Dubai Marina. This lower level is where the retail outlets and restaurants exist and is accessible from the Marina waterfront. The massage rooms are clean and well equipped with fresh towels and its own inbuilt shower cubicle. The charge of 200 AED is pretty standard for one hours Thai oil massage. However during August - a slow season - they drop it to 150 AED, which is good value. The massage was competent and masseuse quickly found the areas of my back that have given me trouble and worked on them. The staff are Thai and I have visited 4 times so far - to take advantage of the cheaper offer. Each time the masseuse was a different person, but the quality remained the same.

Went into the massage centre today and was extremely disappointed by the service I received. I was first in the queue when the centre opened only to be told that those behind me would be given priority due to a voucher they had bought online. I have never experienced such disgusting service as when leaving the receptionist told me that she didn't care that I was not going to come back or that I was going to flag the centre up due to lack of service to my friends. If this is how they treat their potential customers, god help them.
