The only bad thing about this is that it is expensive but it makes up for the service and the food. Generally, nice staff, the place is luxurious; they even have separate seating areas for women. Would recommend for couples or friends Review collected in partnership with this restaurant

I went for desert in shakespear in Al jimi mall Alain on 13/3/2020. I used to go for shakespear for long time for years. I enjoy having meals, deserts and Moroccan tea in shakespear. While i Was having my tea i saw one of the staff washing the bin in the sink without wearing gloves I was shocked. I called another staff to ask him about what i saw he said that they have no place to wash the bin. Also he said the sink used only for glasses and cups.He added that most of the resturants are doing the same like kfc etc.. I Told him it is not healthy to do this i even couln't finish my tea I paid and left. I told him that they need to have seperate place for washing bins. Food is tasty and staff are so helpful and friendly. Place is clean and maintain safety measures. I like their chocolate , cakes and pizza
