Description
Sindh Shahbaz is a dependable Pakistani kitchen on the Ajman corniche, turning out hearty Sindhi and Punjabi cooking at prices that make it a regular stop for families in the neighbourhood. The dining room is tidy and comfortable, with separate family cabins, clean washrooms, and a steady, attentive floor team that checks in often. A few steps at the entrance mean it is not the easiest space for wheelchair users.
The menu is built around the classics and the kitchen handles them with confidence. Sindhi biryani, chicken handi, kofta curry, dal, mattar paneer and tawa qeema all come recommended, and the grills are a highlight - seekh kebabs, bukhari tikka and properly succulent lamb chops off the barbecue. Curries are sold by half-kilo, kilo or plate, which makes ordering for a group straightforward. Naan can occasionally run crispier than expected and the nihari is not the strongest dish on the card, but the core menu is consistent and the mixed grill platter is good value. A cold glass of lassi rounds it off.
Prices are genuinely friendly: a full meal for two with drinks rarely stretches far, and the kitchen keeps quality steady across dine-in and delivery. Service in the dining room is warm; the online ordering experience has drawn the occasional complaint, so diners are better off visiting in person. For a casual, well-priced taste of home-style Pakistani cooking near the Ajman waterfront, it is a safe and satisfying bet.

As I stay nearby usually get home deliveries and quite liked the food but when i went recently to dine there for lunch we had amazing food, The koftha curry, the dhaal, chicken and the barbeque were great will go again lot more dishes to try. The staff is very friendly and efficient. food is not very expensive some curries are given 1/2 kg, 1 kg or plate basis so convenient when big group. ambiance is quite good, not wheel chair friendly, few steps to climb. Ordered their biryani and it turned out pretty good. Quantity and price combo is not justifiable though.
