Set inside The Oberoi Beach Resort at Al Zorah, Vinesse is the resort's all-day dining room and the anchor of its culinary programme. The space is modern and understated, with well-spaced tables indoors and a generous terrace overlooking the lagoon and the sea beyond. Patio heaters and the occasional blanket keep the outdoor seating comfortable on cooler evenings, and most diners gravitate there for the view.
The menu is genuinely international, moving between contemporary Indian, well-executed Japanese on designated nights, and a Western grill and pasta section. The Indian dishes are a particular strength, with biryanis that taste properly house-made and a seven-course tasting menu from the kitchen's Indian chef that leans into refined, ingredient-led cooking. Steaks are handled confidently, the chicken pesto pasta and baby chicken are reliable picks, and the bakery work, including a hazelnut praline viennoiserie and a chocolate dessert served in a plant pot, is a quiet highlight. Breakfast is cooked to order and wide-ranging, with standout pancakes and fresh juices.
Service is attentive and warm without being formal, and the kitchen is happy to tailor dishes or add sides if a plate feels short on vegetables. The wine list is respectable, with the Tempranillo and Sauvignon Blanc the safer choices. Portions run generous on the Western menu and more measured on the tasting and Japanese sides, where value can feel tighter.
One honest caveat: Vinesse is the main restaurant of a family resort, and the room is compact, so evenings can be livelier than the refined setting suggests when younger children are dining. Couples after a quieter meal are best served by a later booking or a terrace table at the far end.

This is a very good restaurant with a nice varied menu for most tastes - international, Indian and a bit of sushi. The service is good and attentive. The restaurant is unfortunately small and since it is a family hotel you will very likely be seated next to families with smaller children. There were a few during our visit with parents not overly concerned with the noise levels including high volume iPads. That took away part of the experience.

I cant find an another word for "wow" for the astonishing view and splendid service by the team!! I had a great lunch especially biriyani with an amazing flavour. Hats off to the chef for making such a great authentic biriyani and i felt the same taste from my home. Thanks to Brayant for hosting me and providing a great hospitality.
