Description
Mado Ajman is the local outpost of the well-known Turkish cafe-restaurant chain, installed inside City Centre Ajman and faithful to the brand's formula: bright, meticulously kept dining rooms, warm staff, and a menu that travels from mezze to mixed grills to a lavish sweets and ice cream counter. The Turkish tea service is a nice end to a meal, and the room itself feels calm and family-friendly despite the mall setting.
The kitchen is at its best with meat. Kofta arrives juicy and full of flavour, the lamb shank falls cleanly off the bone under a rich seasoning, and the mixed grill is a reliable order for a group. House-baked bread comes warm with a light crust and is worth asking for seconds of, and staff are happy to adapt plates - swapping a spicy sauce for creamy hummus, for example - when guests ask. Saturday brings a well-stocked breakfast buffet, and an all-you-can-eat spread at around 79 AED moves from appetisers through grills to the signature Maras-style ice cream. It is fair value for the breadth, though bottled water is billed separately at prices that feel steep for a mall venue, and the overall pricing runs a notch above casual local options.
Service is the standout when the floor team is engaged: polite, attentive and proud of the food. A handful of guests have run into rigid handling of package substitutions from management, so set menus are best approached as advertised. For a polished Turkish meal in Ajman with dependable cooking and a strong dessert finish, Mado is a safe and satisfying choice.

Like to visit Mado Cafe Restaurants whenever we visit a country that has got it's outlet. The variety of sweets, icecreams, juices and some food items is great. The Mado branches are always well kept, maintained and clean. The food is great and staff are excellent. However, I find it to be a bit expensive here. Excellent Breakfast Buffet on Saturdays with lots of choices. Authentic turkish food. Highly recommended. Although I don't like the idea of paying Dhs 25 for a bottle of water. This is located in a shopping mall after all and should offer reasonable prices for water. Any local brand water bottle should cost no more than Dhs 5.0 including service charges. However, this place will push down your throat Dhs 25.0 imported water bottle. The water will be extra charges not included in the buffet price.
