Pricing sits at the higher end for Ajman, reflecting both the production values and the quality of the cuts, and a couple of quieter voices report slower service or uneven fish on busier nights. It is alcohol-free, which suits the family and celebration crowd that fills the room, and reservations are advisable, particularly at weekends when the show schedule is at its fullest.
