Golden Fork is a long-running Gulf chain, and its Ajman Corniche outpost trades on familiarity rather than polish. The dining room is simple and functional, comfortable enough for a family dinner but several steps removed from its beachside neighbours in ambition. Service begins warmly, with the signature hot towels arriving before the meal, and the menu is genuinely vast: seafood in every preparation, Arabic grills, Filipino favourites, and a broad sweep of continental and Asian dishes designed to suit a mixed table.
The kitchen is at its best when it sticks to what built the brand. The seafood soup, thick and generously spiced, is the dish most worth ordering; grilled fish, mixed grill platters and tom yum hold up well; and battered, fried seafood arrives in portions generous enough to share. Prawns, calamari and mussels are dependable, and the house bread served with onion is a small but welcome touch. Value is the core proposition: portions are sizeable, prices are honest for the category, and credit cards are accepted, which is not a given on this stretch.
The caveats are consistent enough to flag. Service can be slow on busy evenings and attention after the food arrives sometimes tails off, with requests for water or the bill taking longer than they should. Dishes for a single table can come out at different times, and the fried preparations can blur into one another in flavour. A la carte meat selections are a weaker pick than the seafood, and diners expecting a sea-facing view will find the restaurant set back from the water rather than looking over it. Approached for what it is - a budget-friendly, family-minded seafood house with a long menu and no fuss - Golden Fork remains a reliable stop on the Corniche, particularly for the soup and a platter of fresh grilled fish.

I like time to time eat fish in golden fork. They have very good Asiatic and Philippino dishes, international dishes too. The new Golden fork in Ajman beach is nice decorated, food is tasteful, bouillabaisse excellent and prices are honest. Service as always, with a large smile. It is not a Michelin stared restaurant, but a good every day restaurant, I fully recommend it, especially for seafood. The one on the Ajman Beach is good they cook fresh and frozen seafood hence it is always crowded. The food is quite okay but most of the battered fried seafood tastes the same. The food takes time to be served as it is very crowded even on week days.
