I went with the mrs. To The Forge on valentines day. As usual and as expected, the food was superb and the service was more than excellent. Bob, Luca and all team are so friendly all are geared up to ensure excellent service

Fantastic valentines evening at The Forge Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi. From the second we arrived the staff were attentive and welcoming, our server Furkat was exceptional and informed us of the wine and food choices with recommendations and a wide knowledge of the product. He escorted us to the meat room and we opted for a tomahawk steak to share with a 2015 French Red wine. The whole evening was exceptional. Highlight was a visit from the chef Luca Romeo who also offered us his recommendations and ensured we were enjoying our evening. He laid on a phenomenal aperitif on the house before our main. The ambience , service and food can only be described as exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening. Stunning food, perfectly cooked to order, attentive staff whilst still allowing us to enjoy the meal. Really seems like the management have drilled the staff and customer experience here is a clear focus. Can't fault anything here we had a wonderful evening and simply the best steak we have ever eaten, a big thank you to all especially Furkat , Thanks for taking great care and guiding us 😀 Review collected in partnership with this restaurant

We had sea bass civiche followed by a Tomohawk steak with sides of triple cooked chips and tender stem broccoli. Everything cooked to perfection. The bordelaise sauce was out of this World. Service was excellent, thank you Furkat! My son said the Negroni’s were the best he’s ever had - thank you Viktor. Thanks to the chef and kitchen staff too ☺️ We will be back!
