Stratos is the revolving restaurant and lounge bar perched atop Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi, offering a slowly rotating 360-degree panorama of the city, the Corniche, and the Gulf that makes it one of the more distinctive dining settings in the capital. The rotation is gentle enough to barely notice, but over the course of a meal the view shifts completely - a novelty that never quite wears off. The menu is grill-focused with a selection of small plates, steaks, and seafood. The steak is tender and well-executed, and the small-plates format works well for sharing and exploring flavours. The drinks programme includes a good wine selection and creative cocktails, and ladies' night offers strong value. The food is generally good rather than exceptional - the wagyu tartare and duck have drawn minor criticism for execution - but the setting compensates for any kitchen inconsistencies. Service is attentive and caring, with staff who explain dishes thoroughly and take dietary requirements seriously. The atmosphere is intimate and romantic, making it a natural fit for anniversaries, date nights, and special occasions. Live music adds to the evening atmosphere. We went for the Friday 'brunch'. It was tasty and well presented. 7 courses with nice drinks. Very priceworthy - as we are members of 'More Cravings', offering 2 for 1. Outstanding service, and a beautiful environment.

I was really disappointed during my last visit (12/11/2025) , This will be my last visit as I completely gone out of my mind I felt like I want to vomit the food that I had.we are from Oman and we often visit my families in UAE and Le Royal Meridien is one of our favorite spot in Abu Dhabi and our kids love to watch the revolving view. I witnessed the chefs drinking alcohol while on duty, which is extremely concerning,especially because alcohol is not allowed for us and certainly not acceptable for someone responsible for preparing food in a 5-star Property. This made me question the safety, hygiene, and overall professionalism of the kitchen. I expected much higher standards from a hotel of this level. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures proper training and supervision to maintain the quality and trust guests expect from this beautiful place. Sorry but we will think twice if we are going to choose this place again for next visit. I normally don’t review anything, but as a person who don’t consume alcohol till today this action really make me angry. I was to make fight at same spot, my husband hold me back. Or I’ll be directly complaining Baladhiya. We were busy these days in UAE and will leave to Oman on Sunday, at least I want to stop this action bcz who knows the alcohol didn’t get in to the food we ordered?
