Rosewater is the all-day dining restaurant at the Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, an international buffet operation that covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a scope and quality that matches the tower's five-star positioning. The breakfast buffet is the most frequently praised service - a generous spread spanning continental, Asian, Arabic, and Indian options, with live cooking stations and freshly baked pastries that stay replenished through busy periods.
The dinner buffet is equally comprehensive. A live seafood grill lets guests choose their fish and shellfish, grilled to order in front of them. The sashimi counter is fresh and well-presented, the roast beef holds its own, and the pasta station produces decent made-to-order plates. The dessert and cake display is elaborate and draws specific praise. The buffet format does lean toward consistency over novelty - the selection remains relatively stable across visits - but the quality of ingredients and preparation is reliably high.
Service is a genuine strength and elevates the experience above the typical hotel-buffet register. The team is notably attentive to celebrations, producing birthday and anniversary cakes with personalised touches that feel genuine rather than scripted. Staff learn returning guests' preferences quickly, and the overall hospitality is warm and professional. The outdoor terrace offers pleasant views on cooler evenings, and the overall dining room is kept immaculate even during peak service.

Ate here for my first night on the half board deal. Quite fancied the broad options but I’d give it a miss as there’s much better options for your half board allowance. It’s certainly expansive with cuisine offerings including sushi, western Arabic, carvery, endless salads and fruit. Loads of breads, huge array of desserts, ice cream, chocolate fountain. The thing is I’ve had better all you can eat buffets at less swanky 5 star hotels in different countries so this was a bit disappointing. Great if you’ve got kids I’m sure but as an adult with a more describing palette choose one of the fancier restaurants instead.

A lovely place for a buffet dinner, with a great spread from various cuisines all around the globe. The staff is attentive, accommodating, and ready to make the experience enjoyable. The food coming off the live grill is spectacular. (great choice of seafood including salmon, sea bass , shellfish etc; lamb chops, kebabs, meat and chicken skewers, etc.) Would recommend the tables outside with the fresh air and a bit of a view. The spread of desserts is decent as well. We had a lovely time here and enjoyed the food thoroughly.
