Heavenly Spa by Westin sits inside The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi on the Al Sufouh beach strip, with ten treatment rooms working exclusively with the British ELEMIS product line. The menu is well-rounded rather than encyclopaedic: the Heavenly Signature and Rollersage hot-stone massages, seashell treatment, aroma oil, reflexology, Elemis expert-touch facials and sinus soother add-on, and body scrubs that can be paired with pool and beach access for a full day visit. Separate male and female relaxation areas include a sauna, steam room and small jacuzzi.
The therapist team is the reason most guests rebook. Lean, Rachel, Kadek, Ni Luh, Niluh, Triwi, Annie and Werari draw named praise for attentive, well-paced massage, with the Rollersage hot-stone and the Heavenly Signature the two treatments to prioritise. Welcome drinks, soft robes and a thoughtful post-treatment tea service with dried fruit round out the experience, and small gestures such as birthday surprises in the relaxation room are genuinely in the team's character.
The facilities themselves are compact rather than grand, which is worth noting if you have visited larger beach-resort spas nearby: the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are on the smaller side, the relaxation area is modest, and the front desk can feel understaffed at quieter hours. A handful of guests have found the pressure on a default massage too light unless a specific strength is requested. Booking a named therapist, asking for firm pressure up front, and treating the spa as a focused treatment destination rather than a half-day leisure circuit yields the most consistent results. The Entertainer voucher, when available, makes the 90-minute Rollersage particularly good value.

My partner and I visited the spa one the first day of our trip and we were not disappointed, we booked in for a 30 min back massage. It was lovely, we were given the option of having the treatment together or separately. The staff were very friendly and the spa is very relaxing and clean. The treatment was so good that both myself and my boyfriend fell asleep!! the treatment cost around 250 aed p/p and we were offered flavoured tea at the end. It is best to book asap as the appointments go quickly!!

Not an opulent spa like Talsie, quite functional. Coudln't seem to get comfy on the massage bed. Massage was ok, seemed to involve a lot of elbows rather than hands. was quite underwhelmed, maybe i chose the wrong one.
